    Hi,

I am trying to install second instance of SQL Server 2008 enterprise edition in my window 7 machine using network server, local service, and my admin account. However I keep getting the below error. Can somebody please let me know that which user should I use?

    The following error has occurred:

" is not a valid login or you do not have the permission.

    Thanks for your help

I doubt about one probable assumptions that you specify either local service or network service accounts as service accounts for SQL Service or SQL Server agent service or other services such as integration , analysis services …etc and thus installations get failed as perhaps these services haven't insufficient privileges on your machine ..

Kindly work out it this assumption and let me know your feedback
