Quorum Drive in a Multi-Instance Cluster

I am designing a two node multi-instance SQL Server 2005 cluster and I have questions about the requirements for the shared cluster resources. How many Quorum drives and DTC drives should a multi-instance SQL Server 2005 cluster have?
I have created a virtual multi-instance test cluster as a proof of concept. It has a default instance of SS2005 and a named instance of SS2005. The test cluster only has one Quorum and one DTC (and one cluster resource group for each). I am unable to find explicit documentation for multi-instance clustering as it relates to the Quorum and DTC resources. Does anyone have any good links to share that will answer this question?

Quorum is for the cluster configuration information, not for SQL Instances. So you would only have one quorum drive. The DTC components are shared across the nodes/instances for entire cluster. Make sure the DTC is in its own group.
