"The product level is insufficient" Error

When I used Import/Export wizard in SQL Server 2005, I got that error and get it solved by installing SP1 from SQL Server 2005 at Server
Should I install at client system's as well?

I installed SP1 at clients

Yes It worked after installing SP1 at clients. It seems clients also need SP1 for import/export

This is where most of the users never think about such importance, you have to apply the service pack to the client tools (whereever installed) for more updates.
