Regarding images and sizing them

Hi all,

I am new to sql server reports and am currently using reporting services 2003 .
I have made a report with fields displayed in a matrix control...now i need to add images for each row (image paths are stored in the database and i can fetch them using a sql query)
Can someone please help me with this. Also how will i be able to size these images as per my requirements..i tried adding one image from my local folder and it took up the whole page.
