Replication--Subscriber Inactive

hi all I have a replicatoin problem, I have single publisher and multiple subscribor. Now one of our
server gives an error which says that
Subscriber has markend inactive and must be reinitalized.
Now I have created the snaphot for the subscriber and ran the logreader agent now my problem is if I reinitalize the
subscription will it going to effect the other subscription which is already running.
I would be highly thankful if you guys help.
