Replication -- Subscriber IP Changed

    Hi all , I have a situation here. One of out subscriber has changed IP. I was connecting to subscriber though an alis on the that subscriber and setting up a DNS with that alis.I did changed the IP in the new DNS but I didn't do it on the client network utility on distribution server. It still shows me the previous IP will changing is going to help me out. Although I think so, but I was just curious whether changing an IP for an alias require us to restart the services.
    I am checking on distribution server client-network utility aliases.
    I would be highly thankful if you guys can come up with smoe suggestion

    No, AFAIK changing IP for an alias won't require service restart.
