    Using this, we should be able to set usage of CPU and stuff like this.
    So, what do you think about it?

    Yes very useful for DBA and you can easily gain control of your multiple workload environment by defining workload prioritization, limit known large workloads from abusing resources, minimize the possibility of runaway queries and provide mission critical workloads with the resources they need.

    I don't see any. download CTP version and look at the SQL 2008 Books ONline for more information.
