   Is there any way to restrict the creation of table variable and inserting into that variable ?

   Welcome to the forum!
   No, afaik, you can't keep someone from declaring a table variable. However you could possibly control it with via restricting SELECT permissions used in the INSERT statement. What your reason for asking?
