Hi, before installing a sql 2008 enterprise cluster i would like to ask about the permissions of the domain user that i logon to setup sql server and the domain user for services sql server and sql agent. It has to be local administrator or domain admin for setup? The service account what special permissions has to have to run properly on a cluster and a peer to peer replication system? Thank you in advance.
I don't think you need domain admin rights but you do need local admin rights on both servers and should be a domain account.
