    I want to buy software to manage the performance of my 25 sql servers 2000.

    Can you suggest me something, please?

    THere is no straight forward answer for this question, you must test those third party tools before hand in order to get more acquaintance about what you wanted from them.
    You can refer under TOOLS section of this website for review of such tools.
