Apologies but the site was down for about 6 hours due a failure at Peer1. Details very scarce from Peer1, it is always strange how the larger the company the worse the communication. Might write a blog post on this.
Finding a good provider one is happy with 100% is tough and unfortunately one only finds out in situations like this what a provider is really worth.
