sorting order in query vs. rendered report

    Hi there,

I recently started exploring the possibilities of RS. Now I ran into a problem. I have a query which sorts results on a SUM(). No problem when I run this in Query Analyzer. However when I use this query as the basis for my report, the sort order is not according to the ORDER BY clause. Is this a known issue?

    Thanks for any help,

Try going into the Layout screen, right-clicking on the Table (or Matrix) and clicking properties, and changing the Sort Order in the Sorting tab.
