I am running profiler on one of my production databases and a particular query keeps coming up often with alot of cpu, reads, duration.

an example of its syntax is:

    exec sp_execute 45, N'R150618289', 1

why is this occuring and how can I fix this?

    Any help is appreciated.

    Thanks

What SPID is being used to issue this?
sp_who will allow you to cross reference to see what remote process is causing it.
I dont recall seeing anything like this, but its feasible I may simply filter them out normally.
