Wanted to see if anyone had an issue installing both SQL 2008 MS and SQL 2000 EM on the same box. is there a conflict?

I have installed, all three versions (2000, 2005 and 2008) in my PC. So far I have seen any issues..I had an issue some time back, when I uninstalled SQL Server 2000, 2005, started giving errors (missing dlls) I reran the installation of 2005, and it got resolved. This time I installed 2000 after installing 2005 and 2008 (in the order) but it works fine.I do not know whether

I have installed both on my box, and although the instances run fine Enterprise Manager does not work anymore. I think it is possibly due to either an MCAD or .NET framework conflict.
This isn't a big issue though, because you can access the SQL 2000 instance through SSMS.
