    Hi all,
    Have a Win2008 x64 Machine with sql 2005 x64 sp3 and ssis 2005 installed.
Set up some maintenance plans for backing up db's
All works like it should. :)
Application set up some new ssis packages that need to run with ssis 2008.
    So I addes SSIS 2008.
To run SSIS packages with the new dts from ssis 2008 I need to rename dtexec.exe of 'old = obsolet' SSIS 2005.
('old' DTS was installed in 2 different directories
    - D:program FilesMicrosoft SQL Server90DTS
    - D:program FilesMicrosoft SQL Server (x86)90DTS )
Now the SSIS packeges for the application run without error, but previously installed maintenace plans (and newly creted ones) do not run anymore.
Error: Executed as user: MYDOMAINsomeuser. The process could not be created for step 1 of job 0x54DB128C53F8A1448C540D0B682FC64B (reason: 2). The step failed.
Running the package from comand line:
    dtexec /SQL "Maintenance PlansBackup SYS DBs" /SERVER myserver /MAXCONCURRENT " -1 " /CHECKPOINTING OFF /SET "PackageBackup SYS DBs.Disable";false /REPORTING E
How to make it work from within sql server again ?
    TIA for a hint!

Yes, you need to recreate those maintenance plans and I believe one of the cumulative update package for SQL 2008 has such fix to this problem.
