    Good working knowledge of MS SQL Server 2000/2005.
    Experience in working with multiple 50GB to 100GB mission critical databases.writing, debugging and optimizing stored procedures, functions, triggers and cursors.
    DB Structure Design and Optimization.
    Reporting Services experience an advantage.
    Visual Studio, .NET C# experience useful but not essential.
    Good interpersonal / communication skills

    No problem at all. What you did is fine.
    We have a place with non answered question. For Forum Policy what I did is only to remove from that list. (only in job cases).
