SQL Delay

    I have a small problem and I hope you can help me.

    I have a wireless link between 2 remote locations and in each location I have an SQL 2000 server. When sending queries between these 2 servers I am not able to use all the allocated bandwidth thus having a big delay between the 2 locations.



    Can you please advise what to do in order to increase the performance and be able to use all the bandwidth allocated.

    How can you tell if you're not using the allocated bandwidth?

    I have a software PRTG that can tell me how much bandwidth i am using.

    Capture the resource usage using PERFMON & PROFILER for slow running queries and if it is bandwidth problem check with Network admin to see any contention on the network.
