I am facing a weird problem guys. I have written a query to fetch some data from a database which is on another server. This data fetch from say ComputerA is taking around 3 hours but the same query when I am trying to run on ComputerB the query is retrieved in just 15 mins.
Note ComputerA and ComputerB are retrieving data from ComputerC. The hardware configuration of both ComputerA and B is the same. But the network utilization in the case of ComputerA is less then that of ComputerB. Any pointers will be helpful.

    Welcome to SSP...
Make sure database recovery model setting is correct and db has enough space should not grow when the data is loading. And also check your NIC configuration setting too.

Can you show the query used here?
ALso check what kind of indexes and recompilation of stored procedures used on these 2 servers.
