SQL Server 2005 replicating stored procedures from publisher to subscriber

Currently I have configured a transactional replication but not sure whether needs to replicating stored procedures or not.
For these existing stored procedures, it would not do any changes in future.
My question is,
1. Could I excludes replicating stored procedures and any impacts?
2. In what circumstance need to replicate stored procedures?
please help...
