    SQL Server 2008 and 2008 R2 installation method provides a single-tree feature to install required components. Whether are not you use installation wizard or unattended installation method the setup always perform the steups such as: prepare the server for SQL Server by going through system configuration checker (SCC) requirements to report any blocking issues in addition to the security considerations.
