    Hi,
    SQL Server 2008 initial Installation
SQL Server 2008 setup / Feature Selection
if I choose Analysis Services, Reporting Services, Integration Services and after I disable those 3 Unused Services via Server Configuration, does ressources (ex. memory CPU, etc...) are still going to be used for those 3 disabled services ?
    Thank you
    Calico (MCP, MSTS)

    Welcome to the forums.
If you disable those services, then they don't use any resources.

As referred by Luis the system will not initate the start of service on reboot or unless any other program initiate such start of service.
But one thing I would like to ask, if you are not going to use them why should you install on the server, for the sake of disk space.
