SQL Server Books Online error: Unable to download .htm from MS.SQLCC.v10. : Unspecified error

Typical and rare error occured when I'm trying to access the local copy of SQL Server 2008 R2 Books Online on my machine, see the image below: BOL is my favourite and first point of resource to obtain any information with regard to SQL Server, by default they are installed when you select client tools installation or server services installation.
