Basic Qualifications (Experience, Education, Skills, etc.):

3+ years of strong experience as a SQL Server DBA
Strong experience with clustering and replication
Experience installing, configuring, and supporting SQL Server databases
Working knowledge of database performance tuning and configuration tools in MS SQL Server
T-SQL (procedures, triggers, functions)
Database and server security
TCP/IP concepts
Advanced skills in Transact SQL or ANSI SQL
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Four-year degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
