SQL Server Performance

SQL Server is not starting. GIving error of service-specific error

    Hi,
    I have two sql server which are failed. when i try to restart them, they are giving following error
    SQL Server 1 :The SQL Server service terminated with service-specific error 10013 (0x271D).
    SQL Server 2 :The SQL Server (SQL113) service terminated with service-specific error 17051 (0x429B).
    I had a search on google but not got mucj info..
    SQL SErver is - SQL 2005

    Just a blind guess... Are you trying to upgrade a trial edition of SQL Server?

    If you are using a local or domain account for the SQLServer services then make sure the supplied password is correct and that account is not disabled or expired.
