    What are the storage structures used in SQL Server for data pages? Can anybody provide a link which would provide the information.

    Search for "Inside SQL Server 2000" by Kalen Delaney on Amazon or any other book seller. I'm not aware of an online resource that is more detailed in that respect than this book.

    Also can look into the inside SQL Server 2005-storage engine by the same author if you want get familar with the sql server internals.

    ... I believe more better they are explain by Kalen & Ken Henderson in their books, they are must ones for a beginner.
