sqlXpress Diff Public Beta 1

Imceda has released the public Beta of sqlXpress Diff, unlike other Diff and Compare tools this tool has a number of unique features.

1. Ability to use Drop and Create (like in Enterprise Manager) for table changes that can't be done with a straight alter.
2. Ability to highlight aa object (field, table, etc) marked as insert and another as marked as delete and set it to name change.
3. Able to script the backup or prompt for a backup dialog prior to commencing the change script.
4. Able to roll back from a failed change script if the backup/restore option was used.
5. Able to modify UDT's using the patent pending algorithm.
6. Faster than the main rivals our test on a 8000 object database (7000 stored procs, 1000 tables) 8 mins Sql Compare, 4 mins ApexSql Diff, under 1 min in sqlXpress Diff

There are a lot more features the best thing to do is give the product a try and provide us with feedback on what you like and don't like.
