I have been trying to resolve this issue but finally end up to post this topic. I've found few articles and forums pertaining to this issue but still cannot get it resolved. Our network setup is simple, no domain, only workgroup. I create SSIS pkg to copy a directory from a network path to local HD. Running the pkg was fine in a VS environment but fail if run from a SQL job (SQL Server 2005). I've given the rights to that account as sysAdmin role in SQL security. The SQLServer,SQLagent & SQLIntegration services also use this account as logon (network account). Running the package using 'File System' method.

Any helps would be much appreciated.

    Thanks

Running in a workgroup environment needs the access to the account between the network path.
Have you tried using local system account for SQL services?
