    funny behaviour.
    I configured tool tip . But I can't see them from visual studio. but when deployed to the sever it can be seen.

    Not a major issue. but just to let others know and to check whether the have come up with issue

    May be a service pack on VS or so, I haven't come across that issue so far in MSDN or so.

    it is latest . I guess it is SP1 is the latest for Visual Studio.
