Transactional Replication

    i am getting this error
    "The subscription has been marked inactive and must be reinitialized at the
    Publisher Error 21074"

    So i tried every thing & came to a point thati have to drop & recreate subscriptions. i need your help/steps to do in a gracefull manner. any help will be highly appreciated.
