TSQL to obtain the logins provisioned in the SQL Server sysadmin fixed server

In followup to the blog post about SQL Server 2008 Security gotcha: BUILTINAdministrator is no longer SYSADMIN, only in case of? here I had an email asking about how to determine the logins provisioned in the SQL Server sysadmin fixed server.
