   Is it possible to upload an aspx web page to the report server?

   Files in Report Server are processed by Reporting Services while ASPX files are processed by IIS.
   
   So nothing will happen if you upload ASPX files in Reporting server. It'll prompt you to save the files as any unrecognised file format its unable to handle
