Hi - i have to prove that SQL Services should be set to manula or automatic. I understand that they should be set to manual. Is the below correct for SQL Cluster, if not please provide correct answer?:
    1) SQL Server services (SQL Server and SQL Server agent) on node 1 should be set to manual (and only started on active node).
    2) SQL Server services (SQL Server and SQL Server agent) can be viewed via configuration manager on the SQL Server instance as automatic and started.

Where can I find documented proof on how to set these up as I need to prove this today urgently. Many thanks.

after further searching and discussion with other dbas - it looks like the sql services should be set to manual on both nodes and in configuration manager (and only show as started on the node it is running on).
    3) Is this correct?
    4) Should ALL the SQL Services be set to manual as I've noticed the following services are not always set to manula on my servers?:
    - VSS Writer
    - Active Directory Helper
    - Browser
    - Intergration Services

Why do you think they should be kept in MANUAL?
