Using iFilter on SQL Cluster

    Dears,

    we have to use the adobe pdf iFilter and the ms office2k7 and 2k10 iFilter on a SQL Cluster. Do I have to install all the iFilter on all nodes? For pdf iFilter I found a thread which told me to do so, but for ms iFilter I cannot find any information about cluster support and cluster deployment.

    Welcome to the forums.
    Did you checked the ADOBE site or contacted them to see if this supports the MSCS?
    Are you using FULLTEXT on SQL SErver in this case?

    I send several email and post but did not get any response. Yes, I will use them for the fulltext search.
