Does anyone know what this means? This is from Idera. There are known design problems with the database itself, but the execution plan for the query doesn't show anything obviously wrong.

What else could be the reason for the excessive duration time?

Thanks

Have you contacted the Vendor directly?
I believe that will give you good resolution as a good start, I know Idear support is really good at resolving the queries.

Yes Idera support is good. They are just happy to answer your questions. If I am not mistaken they do have their on forum for their products. So you can post your question there.
