SQL Server Performance

when stored procedure got executed last time

    hi
    i am in the process of cleaning up the databases .is there a way to find when the stored procedure got executed last time?so that if it has been an very long time if any of the stored procedure didn't get executed.i can remove those from the databases..

    The definitions take up little or no space. If they are not executed, their execution plans will disappear from cache. So why bother?

    is there a way to find in sqlserver 2000 version too...
