Is there any recommendations of online or cd courses which I could take? I need to expand my knowledge in transact, sql performance, management....ok all of it. I have taken the MS 2073, 2072, and 2030 courses, but you know how general those are. Any suggestions? [:I] The Bugster
Have you looked at all the webcasts and virtual labs Microsoft has online now? It's a pretty impressive volume of good information. Also, read Books Online. Everyone laughs at me when I say it. It will make a huge difference though. Actually take the time to comprehend and test what you are reading. It's some of the best training material you could get for SQL Server. Other than that, I would recommend any book ever written by Kalen Delaney or Ken Henderson. MeanOldDBA derrickleggett@hotmail.com When life gives you a lemon, fire the DBA.
