SQL Server Performance

Which one to take

    I am new to the certifications, can I directly prepare for MCITP or do I need to get through MCDBA and then upgrade to 2005. Pls guide me and any let me know how to start for the preparation and where to get the material/books for that.

    no you can directly prepare for MCTS(pre-requisite for MCITP)/MCITP. MCDBA is in SQL Server 2000 track and there is no point in doing MCDBA now.
