    That is math:<br /><br />In 1994 Brasil was the champion, before that was in 1970.<br />So, 1994+1970=<font color="blue"></font id="blue"><font color="blue">3964</font id="blue"><font color="blue"></font id="blue"><br /><br />In 1996 Argentina was the champion, before that was in 1978.<br />So, 1986+1978=<font color="blue"></font id="blue"><font color="blue">3964</font id="blue"><font color="blue"></font id="blue"><br /><br />In 1990 Germany was the champion, before that was in 1974.<br />So, 1990+1974=<font color="blue"></font id="blue"><font color="blue">3964</font id="blue"><font color="blue"></font id="blue"><br /><br />In 2002 Brasil was the champion, before that was in 1962.<br />So, 2002+1962=<font color="blue"></font id="blue"><font color="blue">3964</font id="blue"><font color="blue"></font id="blue"><br /><br />Now, about the question: who will win?<br /><br />Easy, because <br /><font color="blue"></font id="blue"><font color="blue">3964</font id="blue">-2006=1958<br /><br />In 1958 Brasil was the champion!!<br /><br />Conclusion:<br /><br /><font color="red"></font id="red"><font color="red">@#@@@@*##****@@@#</font id="red">............<font color="red"></font id="red">[}<img src='/community/emoticons/emotion-1.gif' alt=':)' />]<br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br />Luis Martin<br />Moderator<br />SQL-Server-Performance.com<br /><br /><font size="1">One of the symptoms of an approaching nervous breakdown is the belief that one's work is terribly important<br />Bertrand Russell<br /></font id="size1"><br /><br /><font size="1">All postings are provided “AS IS” with no warranties for accuracy.</font id="size1"><br /><br /><br /><br />

Doh, I just found a bug in my Excel spreadsheet. I think the correct number of posts last month for me was 368, not 435.

Just thought I'd mention this, before our residual stats geek Luis comes up with this correction.

well, that is the nature of sport. every bidy can't play.they have to wait and enjoy.

Soccer is probably one of the least attractive sports to me.
..oh then join the boat...I hate people here talking about that lousy game.

But I always love to watch any sport(cricket, golf, tennis etc.) that is contended on a world championship basis, good to get some quality though.

Come on now, admit it: any sport can be boring. It's not the sport, it's the way that it's played.

Same thing with golf.<br /><br />Now I play tennis, and is great too. <br /><br />Last one, at leat this post was usefull to know more about members outside of SQL[<img src='/community/emoticons/emotion-4.gif' alt=':p' />].<br /><br /><br /><br /><br />Luis Martin<br />Moderator<br />SQL-Server-Performance.com<br /><br /><font size="1">One of the symptoms of an approaching nervous breakdown is the belief that one's work is terribly important<br />Bertrand Russell<br /></font id="size1"><br /><br /><font size="1">All postings are provided “AS IS” with no warranties for accuracy.</font id="size1"><br /><br /><br /><br />

    I feel any sport you play is a great provision to relax from stress (work related [<img src='/community/emoticons/emotion-1.gif' alt=':)' />]) than sitting like a potato couch.<br /><br /><hr noshade size="1"><b>Satya SKJ</b><br />Moderator<br /<a target="_blank" href=http://www.SQL-Server-Performance.Com/forum>http://www.SQL-Server-Performance.Com/forum</a><br /><center><font color="teal"><font size="1">This posting is provided “AS IS” with no rights for the sake of <i>knowledge sharing.</i></font id="size1"></font id="teal"></center>

The only sports I engage in are cryptic crossword puzzles and sudoku. Plus one I won't mention.

I'll vote for Brasil for 2006.
They are favourite for championship from bookies point of view too.
Anyways i think we should watch any game for realaxation and should not take personally.
Just enjoy the game, if we dont see the game, damn, then they are not gonna play.
I think they play as we like to see them run after ball like hairs.

I think no one in Argentina will play cricket, other than watching it in TV.

Only in Soccer and Hockey can a 0-0 scoreless tie be so exciting!!

I appeciate the sport, but can only watch it when I am interested in the teams, just like any other sport.

I think even England can be a strong contender as the way they have played in warm up matches and this time they are evenly poised by playing with their full strength.
Beckham ofcourse will give full backing.
