How to make cycle in DTS ?

I want to make a cycle in DTS. I have "Execute Package Taks". After it fails email is sent and after "Execute SQL Task" is run with "WAITFOR DELAY ’00:00:05’". After this delay I want to try execute package again. If i setup workwflow from Execute SQL Task to Package Task it does not work.
How can I make cycle like this. Thanks.
