Suggestion
Where can we submit suggestions for SQL 2008?<br /><br />I would prefer If they introduce the following feature in sql server 2008<br /><br />In oracle IF a session start with RESUMABLETRASACTION , If any DATA FILE got full for any reason the transactions running in that Session they will be waiting until you add more datafiles. <br /><br />However,In current version of SQL if it ran out of space in data file it will die and rollback the whole transaction. <br /><br /> <br /><br />How many people vote for this feature ? <img src=’/community/emoticons/emotion-1.gif’ alt=’

Wouldn’t this be the cause of bad blocking problems?
Sounds nice feature, but in thsi case there are features in SQL to enable it AUTOGROW where you may not have that feature in Oracle (not sure if it has).<br /><br />I’m going to blog it anyway….my vote too[<img src=’/community/emoticons/emotion-2.gif’ alt=’
