Type of SQL Clustering

I am researching a possible sql server cluster for our office. My boss wants me to look into the two different types of clusters. He said that we can use a traditional cluster, shared storage, etc. or go with the parallel processing cluster model. I can’t find any information on the parallel processing model. Could anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance! Jess
As far I know there is no cluster parallel processing model.

Parallel clusters are available as Oracle RAC. MSCS is only an HA oriented cluster, not a parallel processing one.
I mean SQL. After your comment, I read: http://www.microsoft.com/sql/prodinfo/compare/oracle/oracle-rac.mspx Luis Martin

Thank you all for your help. I really appreciate it. I have been pulling my hair out trying to find information on it.
