Auto generate scripts

Hi I would like to know that is there a way in SQL server to generate scripts automatically. IF we change any tables like alter tables or drop tables or create tables,is there a way that sql server can generate the script automatically from behind the scenes and store it. IS the feature currently there… if yes then how to do that? any help would be much appreciated Regards
