Activation Error "The local NT Service is disabled

<font size="2"><font face="Arial">Hi<br /> <br />I am trying to install Microsoft SQL Reporting services standard edition on a windows 2000 SP4 server. <br /> <br />At the end of the install I get the error message “Setup could not initialize the report server…".<br />I tried activating the report server through the command prompt by using "rsactive -c&lt<img src=’/community/emoticons/emotion-4.gif’ alt=’;p’ />ath&gt; -t" but it just gives me the error :<br />“C:&gt;rsactivate -c "C:program FilesMicrosoft SQL ServerMSSQLReporting ServicesReportServerRSReportServer.config" -t<br />Failure starting the web service:<br />System.Exception: The local NT Service is disabled 0x80090005 —&gt; System.E<br />xception: 0x80090005<br /> — End of inner exception stack trace —<br /> at Microsoft.ReportingServices.RSActivate.RSActivate.RpcActivateService(Int32<br /> clientType)<br /> at Microsoft.ReportingServices.RSActivate.RSActivate.InstanceMain()<br /> at Microsoft.ReportingServices.BaseCmdLine.CommandLineMain(String[] args, Bas<br />eCmdLine instance)”<br /> <br />I have checked the windows service and it is definately up and running.<br /> <br />I am running SQL server 2000 SP3a, MDAC 2.8 and ASP.Net 1.1.<br /> <br />I have tried everything I can think of but so far no luck.
