ActiveX components fails
Hey guys, I wrote a package that uses Excel as the target. I tried executing it the first time and what I got was: Error Code: 0Error Source=Microsoft VBScript Runtime error
Error Description: ActiveX component can’t create object: ‘Excel.Application’ I’m logged in as administrator. Any help will be greately appreciated. Thanks, V1rt
Are you running it locally or scheduling it to run?
Sounds like you don’t have Excel loaded, either on your machine or on the server.
