Hi , For installation of Analysis services whether domain account/ local system account can be used for start the services.

AFAIK you can run the setup if your domain user have sufficient privilage on your system, and to start analysis service configure Analysis Service Account with LOCAL SYSTEM /USER ACCOUNT (DOMAIN/LOCAL) with sufficient privilage. refer *Service Account* and *Setting Up Windows service Account* in BOL for more.
