Analysis Services Connection

Hi Guys,
I have setup analysis services on my local machine but it takes 3 mins to connect to local server through analysis manager.
What can be the issue in this case.
I tried installing AS twice but same result.[V]

Search on my site for "Analy". Enter the word into the textbox in the upper right corner on the homepage. You’ll be taken to the result page showing 83 hits. When you scroll down, you’ll find many links back to the MS knowledgebase. Some of them deal with connection problems with AS. —
