BCP Issue

I BCP’d out and in 10 million rows, but the text fields came out as ?????????.
I used a -n on when I bcp’d in, but I’ve used it before and never seen this.
Any ideas?

Try with FORMATFILE option in BCP, refer thru books online in this case/ Satya SKJ
