Can we combine FTP and ActiveX task in DTS

Hey guys, I am having problem,
I am getting data fromHttp://website when i go to site data comes up on web page. I need to design automated system that data will store automatically as a text file and will be transfered to SQL table with DTS. My question is to do so Can i combine FTP and ActiveX together.
If I can How( not much knowlede on VB script)
