CDATE Function

Hi,
i’ve experience slow performance when i use the VBA CDate function in a calculated member in SQL Server 2000 Analysis Services can anyone help?

is this column have index on which you have creteria ? e.g. date1 is a column on which i have fire a query using cdate function ? if not it will help you out after index creation ..
BTW what is your query looks ? would you post query ? Regards

I think he is firing the query on Analysis Services which can be optimised only if we can find alternative to the cdate function which he is using to retrive memer data.
