cluster failback

Hello all: I need to perform a failback to cluster node001. I know the process probably take seconds. However, I was wondering what would happen to end-user if they execute any transaction during failback? Thanks

I remember read somewhere from microsoft web, and they said all the transactions will rollback during this process. So I would like to confirm will you here. thanks

On cluster when you fail over to the differnt node, sql services will be restarted which means all committed transactions will be rolled forward and all uncommitted transactions will be roll back…the same way when you restart sql services… Failover generally takes few minutes and depends on your cluster configuration but if you are doing manually it should be done in few secods….
